Sales training
You need more than just luck to succeed in sales. After 30 years of front-line experience, we can safely say: Selling means trust – trust in our own products and services, trust in our knowledge of the market and of our customers with all their specific needs.
Sales are not made with a PowerPoint presentation, they are made by heading off to meet customers directly at their location. That is why we accompany our clients as they take part in sales talks. After a comprehensive analysis, we discuss the findings – confidentially and also personally.

Coaching
Coaching people We accompany and support decision makers such as CEOs, sales managers and department heads. We assess the professional and personal situation in the company. Based on this, we develop a catalogue of specific, tailor-made measures together with the client.
Brand management We assess the corporate image from the perspective of an outside expert from the industry. Does the product correspond with the brand promise? What is the USP? Where can further optimisations be made? Answering these and other questions gives a consistent brand that is successfully positioned on the market.
Start-up What stumbling blocks are encountered on the way towards independence? When is an investor required? You can enjoy the benefits of our many years of experience and our extensive network. We will give you the first two hours of consultation as a free gift. This is our way of giving you some support in the start-up phase.
Board of directors & advisory board mandates
In many SMEs, especially family businesses, the board of directors often consists of the management or family members. This is precisely why an independent board of directors is crucial for strategic reasons. Thanks also to many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry, this often provides the inspiration for key ideas that help ensure the company remains successful in the long term.

About us
Rudolf Bauberger
I was only young when I started helping my parents in their company, which specialised in transportation and assembly of large plants and machines. During the holidays I used to drive forklift trucks to earn some extra money.
After my apprenticeship as a machine mechanic at Sulzer and an internship at the special boarding school Schulheim Elgg, I went travelling. When I returned to Switzerland, I worked for 25 years in my parents' company, which I took over in 1998. The one-man company became a global public limited company, which developed into the market leader in Switzerland. In 2017, we sold the family business to the Swiss Knecht Holding as part of the succession plan.
Profitability and quality are the breeding ground for innovation and sustainability. I still have this credo today – as a consultant, coach and director in various industries.
Selina Bauberger
As a mother of three children and an entrepreneur, I know how important it is to get the right work-life balance. Especially when things don’t run so smoothly or important decisions have to be made. I trained to be a doctor’s assistant, then I continued my education as a social pedagogue – today I am very much involved in volunteer work.
Success actually means simply that something happens. That is why it is important for me to make something happen – whether as an entrepreneur, consultant or social pedagogue. I have seen with my own eyes that company succession is not just a matter of financial and legal aspects – emotional concerns are also very much involved.
It is not always easy to see a company that you have seen grow like a small child be passed on to the next generation or a purchaser. But if this is done prudently and with a view to the long term, then it can be seen as a success.
Costumers
In addition to theoretical knowledge, the modular course also taught strategic pricing and sales training. In the practical part, we applied what we had learned specifically to meet the requirements of the industry. Here, Ruedi Bauberger gave us valuable tips and possible technical solutions. Selina Bauberger showed us how to keep a cool head in hectic situations. Now I can focus on meeting the customer’s requirements even with complex inquiries and under time pressure.
